If you suffer from diarrhea, you may find these tips helpful:



1 Drink hot, flat lemonade.
2 Mix cornstarch and drinking water with or grated apple (browned) or overripe banana and fresh lemon juice.
3 Mix two tablespoons of custard powder with a quarter cup of water and drink it. Repeat every 2 hours.
4 Grate 3 carrots. Boil in 1 liter of water, 2ml salt for about 5 minutes. Suck and drink frequently a mouthful of water. You can put more water to the carrots and repeat the process.
5 Grate an apple and let it brown slightly. Eat it.
