If you experience problems with winter hands and athlete’s foot, you have a couple of solutions:
- If it is ripe in the morning, you can walk barefoot in the frost and rub your hands on the grass where it is ripe. This helps for painful winter hands and athlete’s foot.
- Pour half a cup of milk, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of spirits and 1 teaspoon of glycerine in a bottle. Shake well so that it mixes. Apply it to the affected areas.
- Buy “Circulation Formula” of Dr Vogel, “Emulsifying Ointment BP” or “Miracle Comfrey or Traxa”.
- Buy empty capsules and fill them with Cayenne Pepper. Drink one on a daily basis.
- Get a prescription for “paroven” pills from your doctor.
- Make some cotton wool wet with “Lennon Witdulsies” and apply it. It will itch for a little while and then calm down.
- Mix 1 bottle Turlington, 1 can “boorsalf”, 1 can zinksalf and the same amount of Vaseline as “boorsalf” and rub it on your feet.
- Mix a small tin of Camphor Cream with 5 packets of Grandpa powder. Spread it 3 times a day on your hands and feet.
- Mix wax and Parrafin 50/50. Apply it at night and in the morning.
- Use milk ointment or olive oil and sugar. Rub it well and rinse off the sugar. Gently dry it and rub your hands until all the oil is absorbed.
- Apply Turlington a few times a day.
- Apply kerosene or turpentine to the affected areas.
- Apply spirits, friar’s balsam and baby powder for the stickiness. Please note that this is going to burn, and it is not suitable for people who are allergic to seafood (iodine).
- Mix 2, 500 gram jars acqueous cream, 50ml glycerine, 1 small bottle of odorless Vaseline and 100 grams of Johnson’s baby powder together. Apply it generously to the affected parts.
