If you have cold hands, grab onto your wrists. Your hands will be warm soon. |

If you use honey regularly, it will help you avoid colds and flu. Honey is a natural defence against germs. |

Mix 1 bottle peppermint drops, 1 bottle of linseed oil, 1 bottle of cough drops and 1 bottle of honey. Drink it three times a day. |

Mix 1 cup of boiling water with 2 ml ginger and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar. Add enough sugar to make it tasty. Drink it as hot as possible, go to bed and keep yourself warm. You will sweat out the cold. |
