Arthritis and joint pain

If you suffer from arthritis and joint pain, you can try the following:



1 Drink Omega 3, 6 and 6 oil capsules and iron supplements regularly.
2 Eat yellow foods such as apricots, Melons, Oranges and Peaches. Orange pumpkin, orange juice and watermelon can prevent arthritis.
3 Eat walnuts, soya beans and fatty fish on a regular basis.
4 Mix 2 cups of Quaker Oats and 1 cup water in a bowl. Warm it for 1 minute in the microwave. Allow it to cool slightly and spread the mixture on your hands for severe arthritis pain.
5 Mix a 2 liter bottle of water with 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, 1 tablespoon turmeric and 1 tablespoon ginger. Mix well and drink 3 times a day. Place the beverage in the refrigerator.
6 Mix a 2 liter bottle of water with 6 tablespoons of Epsom salt with the juice of 10 lemons. Drink it 3 times a day.
7 For arthritis pain: Mix 1 container Camphor-cream with 10 packets Grandpa powder and rub it regularly on the affected areas.
